This policy explains how we handle information provided through this website, during enquiries, and in the course of agreed research and outreach projects. The legal contracting entity for a paid engagement is identified in your written agreement.
Website Enquiries
When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you provide: your full name, company name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. Website enquiries are stored in our website database and may be sent to our business inbox for follow-up. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Prospect Research and Campaign Data
For agreed projects, we research and process company information, professional roles, LinkedIn profiles, business contact details and campaign data relevant to the agreed scope. This includes target-company lists, decision-maker records, business email addresses and verification status, outreach messaging, reply records and suppression or opt-out data.
Sources and Categories of Professional Contact Data
Professional contact data is researched from legitimately available business sources, including company websites, professional profiles such as LinkedIn, and publicly available business directories. Categories include company name, business activity, professional name, role, business email address and legitimately available business phone number. We clearly distinguish between an identified contact and a verified email address.
How Information Is Used and Shared
Website enquiry information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss requirements, agree a meeting where requested and communicate about a potential or agreed project. Prospect research and campaign data are used to deliver the agreed research and outreach services. Information may be shared with people supporting an agreed project where necessary, with relevant service providers, or where disclosure is required by law. We do not sell website enquiry details or prospect research as marketing lists.

Respective Responsibilities of SalesChit and the Client
SalesChit is responsible for research, outreach execution and reporting as agreed. Clients are responsible for providing accurate product details and target-market criteria, approving messaging and business claims before launch, and handling questions requiring their product expertise, pricing decisions, proposals, negotiations or closing. Sender identity, account ownership, access permissions, data ownership and setup responsibilities are agreed during onboarding and documented in the written agreement.
Third-Party Links
The website links to WhatsApp and Google Maps and can load an interactive Google map at your request. Those services process information under their own privacy policies when you interact with them. Their handling of information is separate from SalesChit’s handling of your enquiry and project data.
